Now libraries can offer their patrons the convenience of being able to fax worldwide from the Fax24 Self-Service Public Fax Machine. There is no cost to the library; Fax24 owns the equipment and all long distance charges are billed directly to the
company. In addition, Fax24 offers a compensation plan in exchange for the library’s hosting of the self-service Fax24 kiosk.
No staff assistance is required. Patrons will hear the easy-to-follow, step-by-step voice instructions from the handset on the fax machine. If any assistance is needed, the patron can reach customer service right from the Fax24 kiosk.
