Mobile Catalog for Any Library, Up and Running in Minutes

Library Anywhere from LibraryThing is a Web version of the library’s catalog, optimized for mobile devices. It includes both mobile Web and native apps for iPhone, BlackBerry, and Android. With Library Anywhere, users can search the catalog, place
holds, see checked-out items, and so on. They will also be able to view library hours, events, and locations.

Library Anywhere works with 90 percent of Integrated Library Systems. There is no installation process. It works with the library’s existing OPAC. Library Anywhere includes an “accessibility version” that provides a fully compliant version of the library’s existing catalog. LibraryThing for Libraries customers will also get integration of tags, reviews, recommendations, and
other editions.
