Rocket Languages is an award-winning interactive online language learning system developed by an international company. The multifaceted system allows patrons to learn conversational language at their own pace. The digital rights management (DRM)–free program allows patrons to fully utilize Rocket Language learning as it was designed, by downloading it for easy access at their convenience. Patrons continue to access their program over a week, a month, or six months until they determine they have completed the course.
Each language learning program includes more than 62 hours of interactive instruction, more than 340 grammar exercises, self testing, and more than 17 audio tracks. Patrons may choose downloadable or streaming usage.
Features include unlimited multiple simultaneous usage; unlimited patron downloads or streams; no DRM so patron downloads do not expire and are compatible with all players; real-time reporting; compatibility with library authentication; and MARC records.
